    Begin with a pea-size amount of product and rub it between your palms to activate its beneficial properties. Use your fingertips to work the product through the mid-shaft to the ends of your damp or dry
    Hair. Focus on areas where split ends are most noticeable. Adjust the amount of product according to your hair density and the level of damage or split ends.
    Use in nightly routine: apply a small amount before bedtime to provide continuous repair and rejuvenation while you sleep.
