What makes it special?
- This oil is specifically designed as a sealer – so not moisturizing on its own, but sealing in moisture already in the hair .
- Our Super Sealing Oil is formulated with a high percentage of Meadowfoam oil – the light oil that locks in moisture without feeling greasy.
- Meadowfoam oil is a so-called dry oil : it does not penetrate deeply into the hair, but forms a thin, smooth layer around the hair cuticle.
- This layer increases shine , reduces friction (against frizz) and makes the hair softer and easier to comb – even when it is already dry.
How to use
Distribute at least 2 drops per section between your palms and apply using the praying hands method on (soaking) wet hair, between your leave-in/styling cream and gel.
Dry hair? Use the oil as a last step on wet hair, after your styling products (LOG/LOC or LGO/LCO method).
Using the All-in-One Styling Cream as a one-styler? Apply the oil before or after the cream, depending on your preference.

The story behind the Super Sealing Oil
This time around, it was purely out of self-interest that we decided to develop the Super Sealing Oil. If you could categorize high porosity hair, I would definitely be at the top of the ladder—not exactly where you want to be when it comes to moisture balance!
My hair was losing moisture faster than I could lose my keys, and believe me, that’s saying something. In every situation imaginable, whether I was sleeping, walking in the rain, or just sitting at home, my clumps were disappearing too fast. I had had enough of my hair feeling perpetually thirsty .
So what does one do? You can of course grab an oil from another brand that claims to be “sealing”… or you can roll up your sleeves and make your own! I chose the latter. We had a new lab technician who apparently understood my hair frustrations and together we came up with a formula with special ingredients , including the majestic Meadowfoam Seed Oil, mixed with two other wildly popular oils.
What started as a personal mission led to the creation of a Super Sealing Oil that not only does what it is supposed to do but is also packed with additional benefits .
Tips
- Start with a small amount and adjust to your hair type.
- Can possibly be used to scrunch out the cast.
- Also perfect to refresh in combination with our All-in-One Styling Cream. Dampen your hair, apply the All-in-One Styling Cream and then the oil. Or mix a few drops of Oil with the Styling Cream
- If you're going to the beach for a day, chances are the sun will dry out your curls! Use our oil to lock in moisture so you can prevent dried out curls!

We have also chosen a non-sensitive perfume that will cause little or no irritation in 99% of people.
